Alanna D. Coopersmith, Attorney at Law
Please Call : 510-628-0596
Criminal defense attorney Alanna Coopersmith has represented hundreds of people accused of criminal activity. But what sets her practice apart is that she knows that no two cases are alike. She listens to what you have to say. She investigates the facts thoroughly. She understands that criminal cases are won and lost on the details.
Equally important, Alanna is experienced in criminal jury trials. If a trial is the right way to go in your case, she will present your case to a jury persuasively and effectively. Having an attorney who is ready for trial is the best chance you have to beat the charges, and by far the best way to get the prosecution to offer a plea deal that’s fair to you.
The law office of Alanna D. Coopersmith, Attorney at Law, is located in Downtown Oakland and represents clients throughout the East Bay and the San Francisco Bay Area, including Oakland, San Francisco, Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville, Albany, El Cerrito, Richmond, Pittsburg, Martinez, Hayward, San Leandro, Fremont, Lafayette, Pleasanton, Walnut Creek, Livermore, Marin, Vacaville, Fairfield and Vallejo. We have experience agressively arguing criminal cases before judges and district attorneys in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, and Solano counties.
Representation includes every stage of the criminal process, including bail hearings, interrogation and lineups, arraignment, pre-trial motions, plea negotiations, and jury trials. We strive to provide top notch defense at an affordable price. In most cases, a flat fee is charged payable at the beginning of the case. You don’t have to wonder what the attorney fee will be, or worry that you will not be able to afford to actually go to trial or have your legal defense handled aggressively. Whether your case is resolved in one court appearance or many, the attorney fee you will owe is the same.

Coopersmith practices Criminal Defense, Criminal Appeals, DUI/Drunk Driving, Civil and Criminal Restraining Orders, Sex Offenses, Gun Charges & Weapons Offenses, Criminal Threats, Kidnapping, Gang Crimes, Domestic Violence, Prostitution, Drug Charges, Mental Health, Driving on a Suspended License, Trespassing, Disorderly Conduct, Robbery, Theft, Burglary, Assault & Battery, Probation Violations, Traffic Infractions, Outstanding Warrants, Hit & Run, Vandalism, Carjacking, Fraud, Conspiracy Charges, Child Abuse, Identity Theft, Resisting Arrest, and Reckless Driving.
