The Law Firm of Richard L. Duquette is a specialty practice, staffed by Mr. Duquette, an Associate Attorney, a Legal Secretary, and a Legal Administrator.  A multitude of independent investigators and expert witnesses are available for hire as needed.  Even though our office is located in San Diego County, we regularly take cases in Riverside and Orange counties.

My Firm has exclusively represented People since 1983 whether they are injured in an accident or arrested for a crime.  Our intention is to remain small and specialized, so we can offer our clients the most vigorous, intelligent, and thorough representation available.  We are proud of our results and our reputation in the trial courts.

Our office is "state of the art" technologically and is fully equipped with office machines, computers, internet search engines and accurate calendaring and conflict software.

We also subscribe to several legal research publications that help us quickly find the law relevant to your case.  For example, Claranet, Crimetime, Abacus calendaring, Forecite Jury instructions, court cases on disc and more.

• 1996 Organized, Appeared and protested before the Carlsbad City Council with 100 local young skateboarders and their parents.  This prompted legislation in Sacramento providing immunity for government entities who sanction skate boarding and build skateboard parks.  
• 1989-1994 Sponsor “Attorney for Athletes” Triathlon and Mountain bike  team.  Relay won National Championship obtaining worldwide recognition.
